Shipping policy
By placing an order, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the successful delivery of their order to the address provided at checkout. This includes being available to receive the package or sign for it if required, and providing an accurate, complete, and deliverable address. A delivery is considered "failed" if the package is returned to us by the carrier due to: no one being available to receive it after multiple delivery attempts; an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address; denied access to the delivery location; or the package going unclaimed.
In the event of a failed delivery, the customer is financially liable for all associated shipping costs. The original outbound shipping fee is non-refundable. If the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you wish to have the order re-shipped, both the return shipping fee and a new outbound shipping fee must be paid. If you instead request a refund for the merchandise, the original shipping fee and the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount. A restocking fee may apply for certain returned items. It is the customer's sole responsibility to contact us immediately at sales@advanceledsupply.com regarding any address errors discovered after checkout; we cannot guarantee address changes will be possible and fees may apply for interception attempts.
